Ainsley is part of Benchmark’s operations and marketing crews and works remotely from East Tennessee. She’s our youngest team member, but don’t let her age fool you—Ainsley is wise beyond her years. She is married to her husband, Taylor, and loves spending her free time getting lost in a good book or indulging in her latest hyper-focused hobby. Quality time is her love language, and she enjoys socializing…just needs 48 hours notice and a recovery plan. She drinks her whiskey neat but she’s terrified of spiders – it’s all about balance!
At work, Ainsley is our resident technology tinker and plate-spinning pro, keeping many areas of Benchmark running smoothly. From managing the website and phone system to designing digital graphics, she’s got a knack for all things tech- and marketing-related. She was also instrumental in helping Benchmark go paperless—a project that spanned 2 years and that she’s very happy is finished. Whether it’s troubleshooting on the fly or pushing initiatives forward, Ainsley’s the go-to for getting things done.
